How many fans did we convert last year at the real and man city games?
What's the difference between a chimichanga, a chalupa, and a tostada? Call me back asap . . . it's urgent.

im affraid the impact these games have on people cant be measured instantly. im sure there are some who may not be avid supporters, but are more likely to come to the odd game because of the positive experience they've had at one these games. if we keep doing our part and keep creating a great atmosphere, like we do, im sure eventually we'll wear'em down and get'em hooked. these things take time, everybody is different. it took the galaxy years before they got me to buy a season ticket. it was a slow process for me, and acb and even lars(even though i might not like to admit it) had a part to play in that. it took a while for me to embrace the new league and my new hometown team, and especially to shake the feeling that i was somehow betraying the team i grew up supporting.

Also, MLS always does this, LA has like 2 weeks off in Late May, Early June and then 3 games in one week with Portland, RSL and Vancouver? I dont get this.
No this is really bad. As bad as it looks and worse. Its 8 games per month, for 2 months, 9 of which are AWAY games, 3 together in a week, spread out across the US. Thats flight exhaustion to the max. Not to mention the MLS ALL STAR game were we will probably lose 2 or 3 guys for a couple days. Its fucking ridiculous.

For the MLS-ASG: We'll at least lose Donovan. Probably some others as well.

Donovan has been very shitty I don't think he will make it unless he improves.

16 games in 3 months. If Bruce only plays reserves for Spurs and RM then we are fine, but i doubt he is allowed to do that.

6 away games in 5 weeks, +2 international friendlies with international powerhouses in the middle, +2 stupid rivalry matches.

3 back to back away games and 1 home rivalry game in 2 weeks, from eat coast, back to west coast, to canada, to LA for the rivalry match.

    Then:
Tottenham home game, then fly to Dallas, Texas 4 days later, then fly back home for Real Madrid by the end of the same week. ( possibly lose players for MLSASG in between)

    Then:
3 days after Madrid game Fly to Seattle, Fly back home for the second rivalry match, then fly to Ohio, 3 days later, to play the Crew.
    End of week 5.
    Yup. its a bitch.

And we might lose Becks and Keano to Olympics and EuroCup respectively.

Also, remember that the All-Star game is fan voting and usually the most popular players get selected (i.e. Becks, Lando, Keane)

I understand these games are important to the club to make them money and make the galaxy name better around the U.S. and world but I feel we should do something because I know a lot of people feel they care more about these games then the regular season and I feel some other clubs feel the same way.

I'll be there.... and its a weekday.... sup with that? When will we get to see this team play our team again? That's the thoughts I had... I'll have a good time regardless.
Josh, that's me! (apparently... I like being redundant =P)
