Then in the second half sub in Buddle, Magee, and Stephens. It wouldn't hurt to try this out.
The only fear is that Meyer is a rook & Boyens has looked terrible, despite his lack of height, AJ has saved Boyens' ass again & again when they've been paired. I would be scared to see Meyer & Boyens partnering in the back, though I love AJ at right back.

Probably the best team we'll play this year.

    We win 4-2!

“David has an assortment of nagging injuries,” Arena said. “Just been smart about getting him the right kind of rest and working him in the gym.”
Asked if he was confident Beckham could play, Arena replied: “Haven't made a decision.” Will he make the trip to Kansas? “Haven't decided.”
Donovan says his quad injury is not related to the quad injury that slowed him down and at times sidelined him the latter part of last season, but he's not certain whether he'll be ready to go Saturday.

I think we lack a tough tackling holding mid-fielder and a big comfortable on the ball centre-back like that kid omar gonzales.

Yep every team needs a tough guy. Last year was split between Becks and Juninho which isn't saying a whole lot. Becks for all the circus that surrounds him is a no BS player. He's not afraid to F somebody up but for 5 mil a year we don't need him being the enforcer. Juninho needs to step it up and grow a set of balls because his position says so.

COMPLETELY AGREE!! God no!!! No Meyer and Boyens at the same time. The prospect is frightening. AJ gives up a lot of crosses, but he organizes and cleans up mistakes well. Here's the lineup I hope to see.

    ----------Keane----------------Buddle---------------
    ---------------------Sarvas---------------------------
    Magee---------------------------------------Donovan
    ---------------------Stephens-------------------------
    Dunnivant------Meyer--------AJ------------Franklin
    --------------------Saunders-------------------------

P.S. This game is a roulette. We either pick our shit up and let the fucked off play of the beginning of the season inspire us to come together and take out all our shit on whatever piss poor teams stand in front of us, or we continue being little bitches in the locker room while playing uninspired ball on the field. We're not going to get a better opponent than Sporting, nor a better chance to redeem ourselves this year.

It's too early in the season to say this is make it or break it, but this is also the perfect game to shake off our early shit stink and carry on being the champions we are.

My predictionS LAG 4 - SKC 1 OR LAG 1 - SKC 4 (Depends on which LA team comes out to play).

    BLUE WHITE AND GOLD FOREVER!!!!

    As of this morning
CARSON, Calif. – David Beckham did not travel with the rest of the LA Galaxy and the status of Landon Donovan is unclear for Saturday’s road game against Sporting Kansas City
Agreed with Pox, hope we get to see the 4-1 LA side today!!

    Pix is right on.

    60th minute thoughts:
    The Beckham absence feels disciplinary.
Franklin fucked us again on that goal, is it that hard to mark a fucking man?!
Saunders has had his best game of the season thus far.
    Buddle is abject.

Saunders is a keeper, i was getting a little concerned about him, i was wrong he controlled his box from corners. Buddle was a fans favourite a couple of seasons ago but we won the mls cup without him, i dont know if he is fully fit or what but he is giving the team nothing at the moment. We look as if we have no fire in our belly's i dont know why this is, but the dorothy's had it and we didnt. Bruce has to sort this out and if its locker room problems whoever is the problem has to get the chop cos i've seen enough this team isnt gonna make the playoffs, we have gone big time backwards and generally the rest of the league has strengthened.
